Job summary

A leading construction technology firm is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee project coordination and collaboration using Building Information Modeling tools. You will manage a BIM team, ensuring efficient data exchange with stakeholders, and develop BIM standards across projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry, along with proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. This contract position is for a duration of 12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.
• Manage BIM team activities, including model coordination and clash detection.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams.
