As part of our rapid expansion, 360 Lease is investing heavily in brand, digital presence, and direct‑booking capabilities. We are now seeking a talented Web & Graphic Designer to play a key role in elevating our visual identity, marketing assets, and online platforms as we scale nationwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Direct Booking Design
Design, develop, and maintain the 360 Lease website with a strong emphasis on direct bookings, conversion optimisation, and user experience.
Use frontend development skills to effectively design and develop website functionality.
Create visually compelling, responsive website pages, landing pages, and UI components that perform seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.
Support and enhance direct‑booking functionality, including booking flows, calls‑to‑action, enquiry forms, and trust‑building design elements.
Optimise website layouts and visual assets for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Ensure design instils confidence and trust for both guests and property owners, supporting booking decisions.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Assets
Design high‑quality digital assets for marketing initiatives, including website banners, landing pages, EDMs, social media graphics, and online advertisements.
Produce conversion‑focused visuals for promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and property launches.
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual and digital design solutions.
Brand & Visual Identity
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital platforms, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.
Develop and manage reusable design templates, UI components, and visual standards to support internal teams and scalability.
Ensure all designs align with 360 Lease’s brand positioning, tone, and hospitality standards.
Property Visuals & Photo Enhancement
Edit, retouch, and enhance property photography for website listings, promotional content, and digital marketing channels.
Create engaging listing visuals, thumbnails, and promotional assets that showcase properties and drive booking interest.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Quality Control
Work closely with marketing, operations, content, and leadership teams to accurately represent properties, services, and brand messaging.
Prepare organised, scalable design files for handover, implementation, and future updates.
Ensure high‑quality, pixel‑perfect execution and manage revisions efficiently within project timelines.
Stay current with design trends, UX best practices, and short‑term rental / e‑commerce website standards to continuously improve performance and aesthetics.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in website and digital design, preferably within hospitality, e‑commerce, or booking‑driven platforms.
Demonstrable experience working within hospitality, e‑commerce, or booking platform environments.
Strong experience designing conversion‑focused websites, including UI layouts, landing pages, and digital design systems.
Proficient in industry‑standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
Demonstrated ability to design responsive layouts optimised for desktop and mobile experiences.
Solid understanding of user experience (UX), typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience producing digital assets for direct booking funnels, including banners, calls‑to‑action, enquiry forms, and marketing campaigns.
Strong portfolio showcasing website designs, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating designs to meet business and conversion goals.
Fluent in Chinese & English (Written & Verbal).
Must have a stable and reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
Competitive salary: RM4000 – RM6000/month
