Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in call center customer service / AI / chatbot training preferred.
  • Candidates without relevant experience but with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support AI model training through annotation and customer interaction insights.
  • Analyze logs and user feedback to improve coverage and resolution rates.
  • Recommend and monitor key performance indicators for customer service processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on analysis findings.
  • Review and maintain the knowledge base for chatbots and customer service.
