Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, making change, and balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping down counters, washing dishes, and disposing of trash.
• Restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Stay updated on new coffee trends and products, and participate in training sessions to improve coffee preparation skills and knowledge.
