Job summary

A financial services company in Penang is seeking a customer service representative to ensure smooth branch operations and deliver excellent service to clients. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree, has 1-2 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. This role requires a commitment to cleanliness, operational tasks, and a willingness to work shifts, including weekends. Own transportation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in Counter Service, Retail, Insurance, Telemarketing, Banking, or Financial industry.
• Able to communicate well both orally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Advantage to those with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent quality of customer service towards internal and external customers.
• Ensure branch operation runs smoothly and adhere strictly to operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent achievement in sales for Personal Financing product, card recruitment, and insurance.
• Execute operational tasks as assigned by Branch Head.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of branch for customer and staff safety and comfort.
• Undertake operations-related tasks daily including manning greeter/reception counter on a rotational basis.
• Willingness to be on duty on shift, weekends & Public Holidays.
