Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • “Accountable executives” for Business CASA on-boarding via e-KYC
  • Plan, designs and monitor the technical implementation of digital initiatives/projects to ensure delivery within the targeted timeline to improve results/efficiency, optimize cost and eliminate waste.
  • Leverages data to refine business processes / practices and drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality, customer service, and sales.
  • Proactively address problem areas and improve efficiencies and streamlines processes to allow for expansion
  • Execute robust vendor search and evaluation processes, make recommendations, and lead implementation across the organization for new solutions adopted.
  • Manage production numbers, conduct weekly status meeting and update progress to management / key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a combination of digital/IT and information roles with a focus on digital enablement/transformation, while leading collaboratively by working successfully with others in cross-functional teams to create solutions.
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies and their potential uses and ability to demonstrate a strategic and innovative approach to delivery of outputs and outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; an ability to identify and focus on the issues that matter, to separate the urgent from the important, and to provide clear and coherent advice on issues.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing teams, demonstrating an ability to motivate and lead in a cross-functional and culturally-diverse environment.
  • Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and demonstrated experience in developing actionable insights
  • Strong project and process management skills; Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously as well as frequent ad-hoc requests
  • Successful management of cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
  • Can work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and knows how to obtain support from different collaborations.
  • Prior experience in successful implementation of eKYC solution is an added advantage.
