Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the automotive market, customer behavior, and latest industry trends.
- Experience in social media marketing and ability to guide team on digital selling.
