What you need to do:

Lead the production department in new model development and the setting up of new assembly lines.

Design and plan the assembly line for new products, including work balancing, standard working time, and line capacity.

Create work instructions and guidelines, and provide assembly training to production staff.

Monitor and analyze production efficiency to ensure it meets planning and capacity targets.

Planned and carried out continuous improvements to enhance productivity and quality in the assembly process.

What we need from you:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production assembly or the manufacturing industry

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required
