A local company in Malaysia is seeking an administrative assistant to provide clerical support including invoice preparation and phone call management. The ideal candidate should have completed SPM or STPM, possess excellent communication skills, and be a responsible team player. The role involves maintaining organized records, coordinating equipment maintenance, and supporting stock management tasks. This position offers a dynamic work environment in Seberang Perai.
To assist in preparation of DO and invoice to client.
Answering and transfer inbound phone calls.
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Communicate with transport providers and warehouse staff regarding delivery timelines.
Support stock count activities and record discrepancies.
Maintain organized records for audits and compliance purposes.
Track order statuses and follow up on deliveries with vendors.
To help on update inventory logs and assist in reporting low stock levels.
Ad-hoc task directed by superior.
Undertaking any other task/duties as may be reasonably required
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or STPM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a great team player
