Job Title: Associate/Specialist, Sales Support (English Speaker)

You will support our sales teams by researching sales contracts, preparing price quotations, and maintaining process integrity for administrative tasks. The Sales Support Specialist provides support to the internal and external sales team by relieving them of administrative tasks. Uses intermediate to advanced knowledge of product and service offerings to support customers and sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares quotes for contract renewal and RFP/RFI responses
  • Maintains quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  • Ensures the integrity of client information in database systems
  • Updates and manages Excel spreadsheets
  • Responds to external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner
  • Performs bookings (Purchase Order processing) and booking reconciliation
  • Performs QA self-check and peers-check
  • Growing skill and subject matter expertise to perform quality assurance and identify areas for improvement
  • Seeks counsel and guidance from more senior Sales Support staff and management, as needed
  • Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Handles medium to high priority escalation items, escalating complex items to management for review
  • Maintains and improves Knowledge Base Tool
  • Identifies operational risks and calls them out to management for review
  • Participates in KMIP (Know, Measure, Improve, Perfect) in daily activities as relevant to the role
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Malaysia citizen
  • Associate: Diploma/Degree, up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Specialist: Diploma/Degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in English for effective communication
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Independent worker with a team-player mindset
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks, organize materials, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and recommend corrective actions for high complexity scenarios; escalate to management as needed
  • Ability to articulate issues clearly and propose solutions
  • Focus on customer needs and ability to communicate with higher level staff
  • Proven success under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience following scripts/processes according to contractual agreements
  • Proven multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices
  • Proven aptitude to learn new technology and data
