Responsibilities
- Repair the toilet tapping supply problem, drainage piping clogging, flushing bowl, piping leaking, etc.
- Replace the damaged ceramic tile, floor groove
- Repair the roof leaking or roof damaged
- Repair the general electrical item such as socket switch, lighting, fan, broken cable, etc. If necessary, support other technician to troubleshoot circuit breaker tripped problem
- Service the air conditioning and small items repair such as office tools such as table & chair, door repair.
- Repair the damaged tooling shed and rack.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Technical or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building services preferred.
- Experience with basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians or supervisors.
