About the job

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and service excellence. This role involves supervising spa staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining standards, and assisting in achieving sales and wellness targets.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, including treatment rooms, reception, and retail areas.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments, staff shifts, and treatment availability.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all spa areas.
  • Monitor inventory of spa products, linens, and supplies; assist in stock ordering and control.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive spa revenue and guest engagement.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor staff performance and assist in staff evaluations and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Prepare operational reports as required by the Spa Manager or management.
