Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and timely stock replenishment to support production schedules.
• Implement and maintain compliance with ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service levels.
• Oversee warehouse staff performance, including training, coaching, and development.
• Monitor and report on key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and other regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functional.
