  • Manage HR-related documentation, including new hires and promotions.
  • Generate HR reports as required.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Manage offboarding and final settlement calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Job description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.

Manage and process all HR-related documentation, including new hire paperwork, contracts, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Generate various HR reports as required (e.g: turnover, attendance).

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all HR systems.

Coordinate and facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing offer letters and completing all necessary joining formalities.

Manage the offboarding process, including final settlement calculations and all related documentation.

Monitor fixed term contract staff status. Facilitate all probation confirmation, conversion and retirement request.

Process all payment request (e.g. medical, pre-screening, hospital bills, CTOS, etc.)

Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and HR best practices.
