Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily logistics operations aligned with bakery production schedules.
  • Coordinate inbound raw material deliveries to prevent production disruption.
  • Oversee dispatch of finished bakery and pastry products to outlets/customers.
  • Ensure proper handling, temperature control, and hygiene compliance during transport.
  • Optimize delivery routes to maintain product freshness and minimize delays.
  • Monitor inventory flow between production, warehouse, and distribution.
  • Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and dispatch coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage logistics costs, vehicle utilization, and maintenance scheduling.
  • Address delivery issues, customer complaints, and urgent distribution needs.
  • Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports.
  • Identify improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
