Job description

Perform daily/weekly tasks in accordance to schedule or as assigned

Actively participate in supporting project works or troubleshooting of IT related works

Liaise with Team Facilities on network and telephone cable installations, configurations and testing

Assist in IT hardware and software testing, provide input for improvement/resolution

Work with users to understand and support their needs, in compliance to SOP guidelines and policies

Assist in User Accounts Management and assignment of Access Rights with regular review for compliance, and in accordance to Role-based Access Control

Perform checking, troubleshooting, and provide solutions (work around, enhancement) on application usage, connectivity, and transaction issues

Routinely check, test, and verify all data backed up to media is valid for restore

Keep track of and update all IT service records, spare parts inventory/usage, and IT asset register

Assist IT Engineers in housekeeping and disposal of unused / unusable items

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Information System / Computer Studies or equivalent

Proficiency in applications: Microsoft Office, Excel Macros, Power Query

Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, ASP, VB, Visual Studio .NET, Java, HTML, CSS would be added advantage
