About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer to join our growing team in Subang Bestari. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background who are eager to contribute to engineering projects, support senior engineers, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and implementing engineering projects.
• Provide technical support to senior engineers and project managers.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings such as tender, construction, shop and as-built drawings.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
• Attend site meetings or consultant technical meetings when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 2–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
