Job summary

A retail company in Selangor is looking for a customer service representative to handle feedback and assist customers in various ways. Responsibilities include managing claims, announcements, and providing directions to customers. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the service industry, excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, and be open to shift work, including weekends and public holidays. This position is based in Sunway 163 Mall, Mont Kiara.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service Related/F&B/Hotel & Management Industry.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Handle feedback via omni-channel system, telephone, and face-to-face.
  • Make announcements.
  • Assist with the loaning of amenities and Lost & Found.
  • Open and close counter.
  • Delight customers with extra services.

Skills

Good writing in English and Bahasa

Assisting with the loaning of amenities, Lost & Found/ Lost & Found Kids/ Senior Citizens

Opening and Closing of Counter

Assisting customers with direction face2face, telephone calls, performing extra mile services, Delighting customers on daily basis and festive season

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good writing in English and Bahasa
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa. Other languages will be an advantage
  • Have 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service Related/ F&B/ Hotel & Management Industry
  • Required to overtime during peak, work on shift, weekend and public holiday.
  • Willing to be based in Sunway 163 Mall, Mont Kiara.
