A retail company in Selangor is looking for a customer service representative to handle feedback and assist customers in various ways. Responsibilities include managing claims, announcements, and providing directions to customers. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the service industry, excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, and be open to shift work, including weekends and public holidays. This position is based in Sunway 163 Mall, Mont Kiara.
