The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a relevant field, at least 2 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like SAP or JDE. We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics, Assistant/Coordinator to manage our shipment documentation and ensure our operations run like clockwork.

The Role:

As the backbone of our logistics flow, you will ensure every invoice is accurate, every shipment is tracked, and every customer is satisfied. Your primary focus will be:

  • Documentation Excellence: Managing end-to-end invoice and shipment data entry with zero errors.
  • Logistics Tracking: Monitoring daily demand and cargo readiness, while keeping our tracking database (ETD/ETA) updated in real-time.
  • Export Support: Providing specialized administrative support for Brunei export documentation and system processing.
  • Operational Support: Preparing sample invoices for regional branches and ensuring smooth logistics administration.

What You Bring:

  • Education: A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle).
  • Soft Skills: A critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
