A facility management company in Malaysia is looking for an Assistant in Administration. Responsibilities include handling customer feedback, processing parking applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should have a background in C&S or M&E Engineering, possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, and show strong communication skills. This role offers a chance to support management in various operational tasks and requires weekend availability.
Attend to customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Process applications, renewals, and terminations for season parking holders.
Handle enquiries or disputes from customers.
Respond to system alarms/Intercom, equipment faults, or customer complaints.
Reconcile daily carpark collections and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards. Assist in auditing without fail.
Update databases and filing systems related to carpark operations.
Ensure clear signage and updated parking information.
Prepare monthly or ad-hoc management reports.
Assist with budgeting, procurement, or contract management related to the carpark.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
Support department superior, staff and Managers.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements:
Willing to work on weekend
SPM/Certificate C&S, M&E Engineering with minimum 2 years working experience or other qualifications with more than 5 years relevant experience.
Able to communicate with all levels of management; energetic; assertive and able to achieve bottom line result.
Familiar with carpark management systems and payment platforms is added advantages.
