Job description

Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts, including variance analysis and financial performance analysis.

Prepare financial planning and analysis, budgets, forecasts, and perform treasury functions.

Prepare and submit SST and other relevant tax returns in compliance with statutory requirements.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including management/corporate office, bankers, auditors, company secretary, tax advisors, and statutory bodies.

Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Ensure accounting systems, controls, and procedures comply with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable lawsandregulations.

Assist in finance system enhancements and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
• Candidates who holding Professional accounting qualification or membership with a recognised body (ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA, MIA) is an advantage.
• Candidate must have a minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, exposure to external audit and experience in supervising or guiding staff will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience in an ERP environment (e.g. SAP).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to interact effective at all levels.
