Job description

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Account Officer to join our dynamic team at Angenet Sdn Bhd (Spritzer Berhad Yong Peng Branch). In this full‑time position based in Yong Peng, Johor, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial success of the company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Check transport invoices and record accruals transport in excel
  • Assist in updating aging and key in data of official receipt
  • Assist in issuing and key in of credit note and debit note
  • Update listing record for credit note and debit note in excel
  • Update usage cost of petrol and diesel for all company motor vehicles
  • Update discount & rebate of Singapore customer
  • Update original cargo clearance permit & send to Singapore customer
  • Assist in monthly spare parts & pallet stock take thus verify physical count
  • Maintaining proper filing and other documentation task
  • Undertake any other assignment as directed by superior from time to time
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in using Epicor software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance, such as a diploma or degree, would be an advantage
