Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in power plant / oil & gas / petrochemical industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment, reliability analysis, and equipment integrity.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance of rotating/mechanical equipment.
• Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving.
• Familiar with PDCA methodology and engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PDCA cycle for rotating equipment and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
• Perform equipment integrity assessments and identify potential failure risks.
• Conduct reliability analysis, trending, and performance evaluation.
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Engineer (Rotating) to manage the performance, integrity, and reliability of rotating equipment within our petrochemical operations.
