Job Description
Manage overall sales performance for General and Modern Trade, ensuring profitability, growth, and effective promotion deployment.
Develop and execute business plans, including sales strategies, profit goals, and territory analysis to optimize results.
Lead and guide sales teams and distributors—monitor KPIs, provide training, and motivate to achieve targets.
Implement sales processes, leverage market research, and prioritize key customers to drive distribution and growth.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve product quality, branding, and share insights internally.
Enhance brand presence through professional service, brand awareness initiatives, and successful market execution.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma
At least 5 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, preferably healthcare industry.
Proven track record in developing sales and strong customer relationship management.
Knowledge in Distributor Management.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, passionate about sales and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
