About the role

Join the Hajris Group of Companies' team as an Area Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple retail store locations to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations and achievement of sales and profitability targets
  • Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate strategies
  • Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control measures across the assigned store locations
  • Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement new initiatives, policies, and procedures
  • Foster a positive work culture and provide coaching and development to store teams
  • Identify and resolve any customer service or operational issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail store locations within the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
