Innovz is offering an exciting opportunity for a Application Specialist to join our team and take the lead in assisting labs use specialized IHC system, promoting our cutting-edge digital pathology and laboratory solutions across the Malaysian market.

Our product portfolio supports the entire pathology workflow, offering complete digitization solutions for histology, cytology, and hematology—from sample preparation to case management. Our systems are designed to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration in modern laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Support: Support pathologists, histotechnologists, and lab staff on new instruments and software.
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze lab processes (e.g., IHC staining) to improve efficiency and quality.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep knowledge of specific reagents.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems with equipment or methods.
• Customer Relations: Work closely with clients (hospitals, private labs) to meet clinical needs.
• Sales Support: Assist sales teams by demonstrating products and providing clinical insights.

Besides the above-mentioned competencies and experience we expect that you:

• Are fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ hand-on experience in clinical histology or pathology laboratory are encourage to apply.
• Familiarity with tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining techniques (e.g., H&E, IHC).
• Prior experience working in a histopathology laboratory.
• Ideally possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Bio Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Marketing or the equivalent.
