Job summary

A multinational healthcare company is seeking a Senior Manager for its Accounting team based in Johor, Malaysia. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with regional financial standards. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, possess CPA/ACCA certification, and have at least 10 years of experience in a multinational setting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is essential. This position requires hands-on management and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong technical accounting background including US GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
