Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging and/or Professional Certification in related field.
  • Certified or experienced in X-ray licensing and radiation safety management in Malaysia.
  • Minimum 5-8 years clinical experience in medical imaging/radiography.
  • At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within allied health services.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate all allied health departments, including Medical Imaging, Physiotherapy, Laboratory, and Dietetics.
  • Develop service plans, workflows, and performance indicators to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage X-ray licensing applications, renewals, variations, and inspections.
  • Liaise with regulators, vendors, and auditors regarding imaging equipment and compliance matters.
  • Ensure allied health services comply with Hospital accreditation and quality standards (MSQH).
  • Plan manpower requirements, staff deployment, and rostering across allied health services.
  • Ensure staff credentials, licenses, and professional registrations are valid and up to date.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, imaging equipment, and service expansions.
