Job summary

A leading provider of airport logistics solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance of a mission-critical Airport Baggage Handling System (BHS). This role focuses on operational leadership, team management, and ensuring compliance with SLAs/KPIs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, over 10 years of maintenance experience, and strong leadership skills. The position is based in Sepang, Malaysia, and offers a dynamic work environment with major clients in airport operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance of automated or material handling systems.
• 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience with BHS maintenance and airport operations preferred.
• Proven strong client-facing and partner management experience with negotiation and conflict resolution exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise BHS maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance teams from consortium partner and client resources.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with contractual SLAs/KPIs.
• Analyze system performance, failures, and trends; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
