• Install new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and connection to electrical and ductwork systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and lubricating moving parts, to extend equipment lifespan.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Respond to customer service requests promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, time spent, and work performed.
