About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Air-cond Technician (Senior / Junior) to join our dynamic team at Howley M&E Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about air conditioning and refrigeration services to contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you’ll be doing

• Install, service maintenance, and repair commercial and residential air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose air‑conditioning and refrigeration issues
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety standards
• Assist with the procurement of necessary parts and materials
• Prepare service reports and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients

What we’re looking for

• Formal training or certification in air conditioning and refrigeration or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands‑on experience (Junior / Senior)
• Strong knowledge in AC installation, servicing and troubleshooting
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate with colleagues
• Valid driving license (GDL is an added advantage)
• Internship / fresh candidates with zero experience are welcomed to apply (We will provide guidance)
