Administrative Assistant (Property/Asset Management) is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the Property/Asset Management Department. This role involves handling documentation, billing, payment tracking, and assisting with defect and complaint management.
Administrative & Documentation
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Prepare and manage invoices, official receipts, and related documentation.
Maintain proper filing and records for all administrative and financial documents.
Prepare and update payment listings and tracking reports.
Generate and issue water and electricity bills.
Follow up on outstanding payments with owners, tenants, and relevant parties.
Coordinate with the Finance Department on payment status and required documentation.
Coordination & Support
Liaise with internal departments (Finance & Management Office).
Support the Property Management team in daily administrative tasks.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of property management operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
