We are seeking a talented individual to join our Administrative team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Job Summary

Provides proactive executive and administrative support to multiple leaders by managing calendars, travel, meetings, and office operations to ensure smooth, efficient regional business support.

We will count on you to:
  • Deliver effective, proactive calendar management – organize, adjust and communicating short- and long-term schedule requirements.
  • Meeting and event planning, scheduling and coordination of logistics. Support leader with meeting logistics, agenda setting and prioritization of issues.
  • Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information in compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Understand general business models, key business partners and objectives of meetings & events.
  • Analyze administrative problems and communicate effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with other teams for onsite office support and hospitality requirements as necessary.
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in calendar and travel management, expense reporting, regional coordination, event planning and onboarding support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, track record of consistently meeting deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new software tools
  • Team player, able to work well with multiple stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, independent and committed with high level of initiative
