Reporting to the Administrative/Logistic Manager, this full-time ADMIN & LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE role at INTERMED SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur offers an exciting opportunity to take on a varied and challenging portfolio of administrative and logistical responsibilities that are critical to the smooth running of the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Make arrangement and prepare documents for local deliveries and import/export
  • Liaise with warehouse on inventory control and movements
  • Coordinate with transporters, shipping agents and freight forwarders on import/export shipments and documentations
  • Identify and source for best and most cost-effective freight arrangements
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team, including handling correspondence
  • Helping to maintain detailed records and files to support the administrative functions
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc administrative or logistical duties as required
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative and logistical role, ideally within a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in using standard office software such as MS Office Suite and ERP system
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable mindset to handle a diverse range of tasks
