Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our China expatriates stationed in Lembah Beringin. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative coordination, expatriate support, and office management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist China expatriates with day-to-day administrative and operational matters.
  • Coordinate temporary office setup, accommodation, and logistical arrangements.
  • Support visa applications, renewals, and relevant documentation processes.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments and expatriate staff.
  • Manage office supplies, travel bookings, and other clerical duties.
  • Provide onboarding and settlement assistance for expatriate employees.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Lembah Beringin.
