Job description

Provide administrative and documentation support to the Legal Department.

Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents such as Company Resolution, Deeds of Assignment, Tenancy Agreements, and related property documents

Assist in coordinating with external solicitors, consultants, authorities, and internal departments on legal and property matters

Handle stamping, registration, and submission of legal documents to relevant authorities (e.g. LHDN, land office, local councils)

Support management and legal team in ad-hoc administrative duties related to property transactions and compliance

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)

Familiar with property development documentation and legal processes (SPA, loan documentation, land matters)

High attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
