About the job Admin Executive/ Assistant
What do you need do in this role:
  • Overall responsible in handle full spectrum in administration functions.
  • Upkeep and monitor of internal & externally factory safety, cleanliness and maintenance. General maintenance for factory and facilities maintenance including IT / security system/ telecommunication system.
  • Security Control, and monitor Security guards, giving training and briefings with setting up security guidelines and SOP in details.
  • Security Control access, RFID SAC Control Usage.
  • Company vehicles control and monitoring including cleanliness /maintenance / repair / license, road tax and insurance renewal.
  • Drivers daily scheduling and job orders, setting up driver guidelines and SOP in details, Mileages control and petrol consumption and monitoring.
  • Preparation of meeting room, training room for internal / external meeting/ training / lunch & transport for customer/external auditors if require.
  • Landscape, pest control monitoring, General wastes control, scheduling and monitoring.
  • Foreign workers affairs including attend sick worker to seek medical advice , clinic etc
  • Draft / Issue internal &External memo / letter for any management requires.
  • Liaise with external parties when emergency situation occurs including BOMBA, Police, Hospital, SAJ, Tenaga National, etc.
  • Correspondence with government department (MITI, BOMBA, DOE, DOSH etc) - Apply, renew & maintain company licenses with relevant government and authorities bodies as well as attend their visits and audits.
  • Source for vendors for services or indirect purchasing including facilities items, stationary etc.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by superior or management from time to time.
What do you need to have to be successful in this role:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferably who knowledge in Safety and health.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in HR/Administrative Support or equivalent.
