This is an exciting opportunity to join Intrinseque Health as an Admin Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Melaka office. This is an integral role that will contribute to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and distributing documents
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements for the team
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and other inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and record-keeping systems
  • Assisting with event coordination and office management tasks as required
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
