Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Hilltoz Construction. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our construction company based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the efficient management of administrative tasks and the provision of exceptional support to our team.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and restocking
  • Process and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and packages
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the team
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including document preparation and filing
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of electronic and physical records
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, typing and photocopying
  • Contribute to the implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service
What we're looking for
  • Minimum Diploma qualification or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience in construction sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
