A leading employment agency in George Town, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated individual responsible for managing all aspects related to foreign workers. This role includes handling permit and passport renewals, FOMEMA arrangements, and insurance purchases. Candidates proficient in Mandarin will be prioritized for effective communication with stakeholders. The position offers an opportunity to handle diverse administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
Fully responsible for all matters related to foreign workers, including permit renewal (E-PLKS), passport renewal, FOMEMA arrangements, as well as the purchase of insurance (IG) and SKHPPA.
Ensure all permits are renewed in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update all data related to permit renewals.
Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin will be given priority, as the role involves communication with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
