Job summary

A leading energy company in Jasin, Melaka is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage employee attendance, process leave applications, and support production operations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Administration or HR, is proficient in Microsoft Excel, and must communicate and write in Chinese. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry).
  • Able to communicate and write in Chinese.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
  • Prior experience in administrative or production coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily employee attendance recording and tracking.
  • Process and update employee leave applications.
  • Check and maintain employee certifications and license validity.
  • Coordinate PPE ordering and issuance.
  • Assist in preparing production-related documents and reports.
  • Support daily administrative tasks for smooth operations.
