Adecco is seeking an Admin Assistant Manager for a client in the General Affairs and Operations Management department. This role involves overseeing administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies and regulations. The Admin Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing document and archive processes, visa and contract administration, license renewals, reception coordination, and providing operational support across the organization. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain efficient administrative operations. The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR & Admin and will be based at the client's office location, starting in December 2025.

What you will Do?

Oversee the administration system to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies

Manage documentation and archival processes for proper storage and retrieval

Handle visa applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with immigration laws

Administer contracts, license renewals, and regulatory requirements effectively

Coordinate reception arrangements to maintain a professional front-office environment

Your Skills

at least Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
