We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin to join the team at M-CHAMP INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Semenyih, Selangor. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in supporting the overall operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the management team
Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents
Performing various clerical duties as required
Requirements:
Mandarin proficiency is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
