Job description

SK Autoworld Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company’s daily accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounting records accurately and supporting the company’s financial and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities include handling full set or partial accounts such as accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), preparing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and performing daily data entry. The Accounts Executive will also be required to perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, track expenses, and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.

The role involves assisting with monthly accounts closing, preparing basic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. The candidate will liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and company secretary when required. Proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents is essential.

Job Requirements
