Job description

Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger postings.

Perform bank reconciliations and apply bookkeeping knowledge, including double-entry accounting, to maintain accurate financial records.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).

Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretary, bankers, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

Participate in audit processes by preparing and providing required documentation.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining accounting records.

Support any ad‑hoc tasks or projects related to accounting and finance as assigned.

Have basic understanding of tax regulations, including GST/SST.

Job Requirement
