We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to join our team at GEOLAND TYY SDN. BHD. in our Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general inquiries
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, service providers, and external agencies
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
  • Prepare business correspondence such as letters, reports, emails, quotations, and follow-ups, including payment collection
  • Issue invoices, delivery orders, and basic e-invoices upon work completion
  • Monitor and schedule renewal-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records for contracts, agreements, and project documentation
  • Assisting with various office tasks and projects as needed
