Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and ensure transactions are recorded.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Generate and send invoices accurately.
  • Verify bills and arrange supplier payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
