Job description

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for daily accounting, finance (full set accounts) activities.

Manages the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), cashbook and bank reconciliation functions.

• Ensure proper filling of all documents related to the company’s accounting, financial and administration matters.
• Processing of staff reimbursement claims.
• Inter-co billing Interest – All entity (monthly basic)
• Rental / utility bills– All entity (monthly basic)
• Back charges which are related to AP (monthly basic)
• To update loan/hp/lease schedule and post the changes in SAP/SQL for all entities
• To assist in e-invoice implementation
• Preparation of other Ad-hoc reports and assignments as directed from time to time.
