Job description

As an Account Executive at MILAN PROPERTIES SDN BHD, you will be responsible for overseeing the full set account of the projects. This full-time position is based in Ipoh (located behind KPJ Hospital), Perak and will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's financial stability and cash flow planning.

What you’ll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Full set account.

Analysing financial statements, budgets, and creditor aging to support business decision‑making and monitor company cash flow.

Liaising with external stakeholders, such as the auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer and other related parties.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Filing of 7E to KPKT and assist in submission of 7F (if required).

Able to prepare management account.

Filling of SST or GST (if government impose).

Assisting in ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the management.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the Property Development / Construction / Real Estate industry.

Professional Cert, Diploma or Equivalent.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial software such as UBS and SQL.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible and good working attitude.

Required language(s): Bahasa Cina, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
