Job summary

A luxury sleep solutions company in Selangor seeks an Accounting Assistant to handle payments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger transactions. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in finance or accountancy, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong computer skills in Ms Excel and ERP systems are essential, as well as the ability to work independently with a good attitude. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Willingness to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh is required.

Responsibilities

  • Key in payment, issuance CN, DN, general statement, and payment voucher.
  • Handle partial accounts and prepare necessary reports.
  • Post AR, AP & GL transactions into the Accounting System.
  • Ensure all documents are filed and recorded timely and accurately.

Computer literacy (Ms Excel, MS Word, ERP, Autocount system)
Good working attitude

Ability to work independently

Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
Job description

Daily activities: Key in payment, issuance CN, DN, general statement, payment voucher, updates collections including data entries into Accounting system and etc.

To handle partial account and other necessary reports.

Handle account include posting of AR, AP & GL transaction into Accounting System.

Other and hoc assignments as and when requested.

Ensure all documents are filling and recorded timely & accurately

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.

Computer literacy knowledge (Ms Excel, MS Word, ERP & Autocount system)

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good working attitude, team player and willingness to learn / work hard.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
